LOFOB provides accommodation for indigent visually impaired people over the age of 18 years who do not have any family or support systems in their communities. Application for frail elderly people will only be considered in exceptional circumstances since we do not have nursing staff on the premises.
Clients who cannot travel into LOFOB daily for their training are able to apply for temporary accommodation for the duration of the three-month Adult Independence Services Program.
